Just the BasicsFor starters, my name is Anna McKane. As I update this section to better reflect my current situation, its crazy to think it's been a year since I returned from India! As a YES Abroad scholar, I spent my junior year (2017-18) of high school in Gurgaon, India. In an entirely unexpected twist of fate, I have committed to Duke Kunshan University in China, and expect to spend nearly all four years of undergraduate study immersed in an entirely new country and culture.
If you're interested in learning more about me, check out the "My Story" page on this website. My blog will (hopefully) be the most up-to-date resource - hopefully it will capture with words how excited I am to be studying internationally again! |

2017-18 STUDY ABROAD
India On March 13, 2017, I received an email that would change my life not only for the upcoming school year, but likely for the rest of my life. I learned that I will be going to study for my junior year of high school in India! As of now (April 4, 2017), I have no idea exactly where I will be placed, but I will update that in the future. Wherever I go, I have already been granted the opportunity of a lifetime, so I will make the most out of it.
